We at AKFIT have never seen anything like what we are experiencing in our 30 years. The demand for home fitness equipment as grown worldwide as people are looking to exercise in their homes.
As we move through these unprecedented times of working remotely online and with a limited staff, we are trying our best to try and get as many orders fulfilled for our customers.
With the Global demand for Fitness equipment worldwide being so high and manufacturing being closed for months. We are seeing production levels slower than normal which impacts our inventory.
With many Canadian and USA distribution channels closed or working with minimum staff, we are experiencing delays in the product being shipped to us. The extra demand being placed on shipping companies and couriers are causing even further delays in products being delivered or shipped out.
Since our store is closed to the public until such times that the government lifts the mandated closure, we can only offer scheduled curbside pick-ups at both our warehouse and store. These restrictions limit the number of orders we can schedule in a day for pick up.
Products that are not in stock will only be scheduled for pick up. We are hoping to reach each to all our customers by email or phone to schedule. We ask that you please allow us to use our resources to complete as many orders, by not emailing and calling for updates.
If your order in not in stock we will inform you of wait time, we will contact you to schedule as soon as the product arrives at our warehouse/store for pick up.
