What is an Arm Blaster?
It is a curved piece of aluminum with a strap on it that’s used from hanging on your neck. It’s a bicep curl accessory that provides elbow support while doing bicep curls. It was popularized by the king of biceps, Arnold Schwartzenegger, in his movie pumping iron, where he’s featured doing them.
