AKFIT Shipping Policy

AKFIT is committed to providing secure and timely delivery of all customer orders. Orders may be fulfilled from our central warehouse or physical retail store locations. In all cases, the shipping method, cost, and estimated delivery time will remain consistent.

AKFIT reserves the right to substitute shipping carriers at its sole discretion, including in cases of postal service disruptions (e.g., strikes), regional restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If alternative shipping methods result in cost differences, AKFIT will honor the original shipping rate provided at the time of purchase.

In rare cases where shipping to a customer’s location is not possible, AKFIT reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Once an order has been handed off to a third-party shipping provider, AKFIT bears no liability for mishandling, delayed deliveries, lost packages, or other issues that may arise while the shipment is in transit. Customers are strongly encouraged to provide complete and accurate contact details, including a phone number, during checkout to assist with delivery coordination.

AKFIT will make every reasonable effort to support safe and on-time shipping prior to dispatch. After an order is en route, customers should coordinate directly with the shipping carrier’s customer service team for updates or delivery issues.

AKFIT Return & Exchange Policy

At AKFIT, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and premium-quality products. To ensure transparency and a seamless experience, we kindly ask that you review the following return and exchange policy prior to purchase.

We highly recommend customers “try before you buy” - please consult your onsite sales associate to test or size products appropriately before finalizing your purchase.

Fitness Accessories – 30-Day Return Eligibility

Fitness accessories may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the following criteria are met:

1. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
2. A valid receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return or exchange.

To ensure suitability, we encourage all clients to consult with a sales associate for a personalized recommendation prior to purchase.

Non-Returnable Items (Due to Hygiene Considerations)

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless deemed defective by the manufacturer:

• Exercise mats
• Stability balls
• Gloves, belts, straps, sleeves, wraps
• Resistance tubing & resistance bands
• Any other hygienically sensitive merchandise

Customers are strongly encouraged to try in-store and confirm proper fit, size, and suitability with the assistance of a specialized onsite salesperson prior to purchase.

AKFIT reserves the right to decline any return or exchange if the product shows signs of wear, use, damage, or tampering.

Cardio, Strength Equipment & Free Weights – 30-Day Exchange Only

Retail fitness equipment—including treadmills, ellipticals, home gyms, free weights, and vibration platforms—may be eligible for exchange only, under the following conditions:

1. The equipment must be in its original, unopened packaging, and not yet installed or assembled.
2. Exchanges must occur within 30 days of the original purchase and be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return shipping or transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges will only be approved following an AKFIT inspection to confirm that the item meets all return criteria.

Final Sale Items – Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following categories of products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Special order/Pre order equipment
• Floor models
• Refurbished or previously owned equipment

Assembly, Delivery & Warranty Coverage

Assembly and delivery services provided by AKFIT are covered under a limited 30-day service warranty.  All products sold by AKFIT are protected by the Manufacturer’s Defect Warranty.  This coverage is not a guarantee and varies by brand. Full warranty terms can be found in the product’s owner’s manual.
