Fitness Accessories – 30-Day Return Eligibility
Fitness accessories may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the following criteria are met:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return or exchange.
To ensure suitability, we encourage all clients to consult with a sales associate for a personalized recommendation prior to purchase.
Non-Returnable Items (Due to Hygiene Considerations)
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless deemed defective by the manufacturer:
- Exercise mats
- Stability balls
- Gloves, belts, straps, sleeves, wraps
- Resistance tubing & resistance bands
- Any other hygienically sensitive merchandise
Customers are strongly encouraged to try in-store and confirm proper fit, size, and suitability with the assistance of a specialized onsite salesperson prior to purchase.
AKFIT reserves the right to decline any return or exchange if the product shows signs of wear, use, damage, or tampering.
Cardio, Strength Equipment & Free Weights – 30-Day Exchange Only
Retail fitness equipment—including treadmills, ellipticals, home gyms, free weights, and vibration platforms—may be eligible for exchange only, under the following conditions:
- The equipment must be in its original, unopened packaging, and not yet delivered, installed, or assembled.
- Exchanges must occur within 30 days of the original purchase and be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return shipping or transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges will only be approved following an AKFIT inspection to confirm that the item meets all return criteria.
Final Sale Items – Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following categories of products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Special order equipment
- Floor models
- Refurbished or previously owned equipment

Assembly, Delivery & Warranty Coverage
Assembly and delivery services provided by AKFIT are covered under a limited 30-day service warranty. All products sold by AKFIT are protected by the Manufacturer’s Defect Warranty.
