Picsil Gigas Heavy Rope

The Gigas Heavy Rope is a weighted jump rope designed for Cross Training, helping to develop muscle while performing one of the most complete exercises: jumping rope!

This weighted jump rope comes with a 5mm cable that is easily interchangeable thanks to its quick-release spin system. High-speed bearings in the handles allow you to train both speed and strength. Its ergonomic design provides an easier grip with less work strain.

The rope weighs 1kg in total, with 450 grams per handle and a 100-gram cable. You can also remove the inner section with an Allen key for lighter training and gradual muscle building in your forearms, shoulders, and calves.

Additionally, the 5mm cable can be swapped for a 3mm or 7mm cable, allowing you to train with different intensity levels. These cables are available for purchase separately.

Local delivery in box to your door can be paid at checkout for locations within 25 km.

Pickup:

Items can usually be picked up within an hour. To allow us to serve you, please arrive no later than 1 hour before closing. For large equipment, please schedule ahead by calling us.
