How to Use Schiek’s Original Nylon Workout Belt

To properly utilize the Original Nylon Workout Belt from Schiek, follow these simple steps:

Step one: Fit the belt over the lower back and lower abdomen.

Step two: Velcro the back to fit your size accordingly.

Step three: Adjust the additional velcro through the hook on the back for added support.
