Some of the most effective functional fitness tools seem to go as far back as the 19th century. The Indian Clubs / Steel Clubs or Meels were first used by wrestlers in ancient Persia, Egypt and the rest of the middle east.
XMs steel bells have brought back some of the tools used for fundamental training.

Pickup:

Items can usually be picked up within an hour. To allow us to serve you, please arrive no later than 1 hour before closing. For large equipment, please schedule ahead by calling us.
