The XM Fitness Spotter Arms are designed to catch the barbell in the event that you miss a repetition; this gives you peace of mind when lifting heavy without a training partner. They can also be set at a customized height to allow for specialized lifts such as rack pulls and dead stop squats.

• These bar catchers are 24 inches in length and tested to withstand over 600LBS.

Items can usually be picked up within an hour. To allow us to serve you, please arrive no later than 1 hour before closing. For large equipment, please schedule ahead by calling us.
