Turn one of the most durable benches on the market into a leg curl or leg extension machine. Comes with a bonus 13" Olympic Chrome Sleeve that allows for Olympic and Standard weights to be used with this system. . 5 position levels to accommodate height and comfort. 2 Vinyl High Density Rollers for the curl and 2 for the extension leg exercises are built into this unit.Bonus 2" Olympic Plate Adapter
