Love our Concept2 bike! My husband and I were looking to purchase a bike that was multipurpose - we needed help!! Akfit to the rescue!! Connor stayed late one evening, in the middle of a snow storm and spent a great deal of time listening to our needs. He helped us narrow our options and made us feel like priority number one!! I recently purchased the Torque Anker 7 functional trainer from Akfit, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Connor was amazing throughout the process. He helped me place the order and kept me updated while the unit was being shipped from the States, which naturally involved some waiting. I really appreciated the regular updates—it showed great customer care. When the trainer finally arrived, I had opted for delivery, and Connor went above and beyond to ensure it was processed quickly. Despite their delivery truck being in the shop for repairs, he made it happen the same day. Terry, who handled the delivery, was prompt and professional. He unloaded every piece right to my door, making the process seamless. I’m extremely happy with my Torque Anker 7—it fits perfectly in my space and has been a fantastic addition to my home gym. The exceptional service from both Connor and Terry has left a lasting impression. I’ll definitely recommend Akfit to anyone looking for fitness equipment! I need a new bench now....

From start to finish 👌🏼 I saw the hack squat on the showroom floor and knew right away that I had to have it! Don and Ryan assisted me with my purchase along with showing me all the variations that could be implemented with the machine. Regarding delivery and installation, first of all it’s amazing when you’re given an ETA and it’s accurate! I received a phone call 10 minutes before their arrival again to confirm. Terry and Ryan were super to work with, efficient and pleasant. They tidied up after the installation was complete, made adjustments to the room to make everything fit and operate perfectly. This is the fourth piece of equipment they’ve delivered and installed and as with previous visits, they went above and beyond. Super pleased10/10!!

They seem to offer an excellent selection. Was very impressed and grateful with their impartial review of the three different major types of rowing machines! Super helpful and it saved me from the expense of choosing poorly and wasting considerable money on a machine that won't work for my home gym!
