How It Helps:

By rolling out into a plank position with the Concorde Double Ab Wheel, you build and maintain muscular tension through the midsection of your body. Using the ab wheel requires that your core, back and arm muscles work together to properly execute the movement.

What You Can Do With It:

For the main ab rolling exercise, start on your knees while holding the ab roller in front of you on the floor. Make sure that the floor space in front of you is smooth and equal to your height. Roll your hands, arms, and torso forward while contracting your abs. After holding that position, roll back into the starting position and repeat as desired.
You can also perform different variations and alternatives to this workout to add difficulty. These include knee tucks, plank to pike, single-arm roll-outs, single-leg roll-outs, V roll-outs, and planks.
