What type of flooring should I choose?
Rubber tiles are ideal for modular setups and easy replacements, while rolls offer smooth coverage for larger zones. Both are available in multiple thicknesses to suit everything from light fitness areas to heavy lifting platforms.

What thickness do I need?
Most home and commercial gyms go with 8mm to 12mm for standard use. For impact-heavy zones like deadlift areas, 15mm to 25mm is recommended. We can help you choose the right fit for your space if you need - just message us!

Can I install the flooring myself?
Yes, most customers install their flooring themselves. Interlocking tiles snap together easily, while rolls can be laid loose, taped down or glued depending on the surface. We also offer installation services in Northern Ontario.

How do I maintain gym flooring?
Routine sweeping and occasional mopping with a neutral cleaner will keep your flooring looking great. Avoid harsh chemicals and be careful not to oversaturate rubber surfaces.

How long does fulfillment take?
In-stock flooring usually ships within 1–2 business days. Custom options and specialty colors typically take a few weeks minimum. Let us know your project timeline so we can help coordinate accordingly.
