Element 5' 300lb Chrome Olympic Bar w/o collars

5' Olympic Bar designed for balance and long lasting performance with a compact design small enough to fit in any home or gym. This bar offers a wide range of workouts from easy to complex. Medium depth diamond knurled surface and sleeves that swivel at the most delicate touch. This prohibits the bar from warping and reduces pressure on the wrists.
