The Inspire Fitness 45/90 Hyperextension / Back Extension Bench is an ideal workout tool for improving your core strength and strengthening your back.  Ranging from 45 to 90 degrees, this bench is designed to help you isolate your abs throughout your workout as well as target your back, glutes and hamstrings.  With its fully adjustable hip and leg pads you can maximize the support on your body while performing various exercises.  This bench is made with heavy duty steel and closed-cell foam padding boosting durability and stability throughout your workout.
