Shipping on many products is completely FREE! Where this is not possible, we do our best to offer the most competitive rates possible and all rates are shown at checkout. Please note that larger items such as treadmills and home gyms typically require LTL service with liftgate. We absorb some of this cost in most cases to make delivery to your door more affordable! We make every effort to be fully transparent about costs and ETAs, and frequently offer discounts which offset shipping costs.

Normally we ship same day with typical shipping time of 1-2 days if the item is not on pre-order, special order or LTL, which may take 2-4 business days. If you're uncertain about expectations, contact us online or by phone and we'll provide you clear ETAs. Tracking is usually automatically added - and if not, we'll send it to the provided email.

AKFIT offers a full 30 day return policy, contingent on a couple of factors. For example if you have installed and set up larger equipment, this will be under warranty with the product manufacturer for exchange or repair if anything goes wrong.
