  • The EZ Curl Bar by B.o.S. is a 45″ Olympic curl bar with a black phosphate finish that makes holding it feel like a dream. Get pumped up gripping the perfectly knurled 28mm diameter bar with nickel-plated sleeves and snap ring design, as has become the standard of B.o.S. bars. With bronze bushings, you’ll never have to worry about inertia straining your wrists and causing injury. With a narrow and wide camber, you’ll be able to deploy many bicep and tricep exercises for creating that perfect bicep peak.
  • Thinner than a regular power bar: Most power bars are 29 or 30 mm, a StrongArm deadlift bar is 27 mm. This thinness contributes to the flexibility, and also lets you get more of your hands and fingers around the bar. Particularly important of you use the double overhand “hook” grip.
