This tabata timer clock can be programmed to count down, count up and can be set to time intervals – including rest time! – all by remote control. The Interval Timer Clock has a bright LED display so it is easily visible from any distance and it has other key features like a loud buzzer to let athletes know when their interval workout has ended.
