The flat foot support system offers sturdiness to avoid accidental acrobatics. Its contact surface area makes the rack extra stable for racking/unracking your bar, during pull-ups, and when doing dips. Bolting is recommended if using spotter arms, though.

By matching the same tubing specs as many of our American competitors, you can mix and match attachments freely without needing to stick to one brand.

Built with modular components, so you can expand it later into a larger Manticore rack to accommodate a new home gym space.
